Officially never flying jet blue again. It's a shame because we were very loyal customers with true blue cards too. Flying out of Phoenix...if we ever get out has been the most painful experience. We have been delayed 5 hours now, 3 of which we were all stuck on the plane. Now everyone is sleeping on the airport ground and we are told another hour as each hour passes. Employees have no answers, captains have no answers. This is total nonsense and ruined my vacation. Talk about having no contingency plan. This looks really bad for jet blue.
