Called MONDAY to schedule surgery, received a response WEDNESDAY. My Dr. is unavailable until end of August. I was told that someone else may be available and that I would be getting a return call.Today is FRIDAY and I am on the line to the Surgical Co-ordinator or rather the Muzak for 15 minutes, so far.
"Thank you for your patience. We'll be right back with you." 25 minutes.
29 minutes and I have a person. Not happy with the wait but, the surgery is scheduled and the Surgical Co-ordinator was very pleasant.

My procedure was to be done tomorrow but, they are having 'equipment issues' and it can not be done until next Friday. Not happy !

Arrived early for my procedure, sent to pre-op.
Inspection by the team, everyone had some type of form to be filled.
Dr. Cooney arrived and made sure that I understood what could happen in the event of difficulty. She was smooth and professional.
90 minutes later I am out of the anasthetic and moving. Visit w/ Dr. Cooney to see my results.
First two days I had blood clots from the procedure but nothing since.
All in all, I would recommend Dr. Cooney and will have to upgrade my rating to 4 stars.
