If I could, I'd give it a 3.5, but I'll round up.
Cons:
some of the units (like mine) are far from their parking spot, which makes it a pain to carry up groceries.
Big community, so you might live far from the mail box
Pros
Rooms are pretty good sized
You share a ceiling/floor, but don't share walls with other units, so you don't hear much in terms of crying babies or couple bonding exercises
Two swimming pools
In general the community and units look pretty nice
Very close to the airport, strip, and UNLV.
Overall: don't understand the hate to be honest. It's an above average large apartment community in a decent neighborhood; it's pretty much exactly what I thought it would be. If I wasn't looking to move to a house I would renew my lease.
