My day starts early 4:30 to be exact! But I drive to work about 5:20. Yesterday I was headed to work when there was this loud *POP* noise and my car made a familiar *thump thump thump* noise.
YIKES! A flat tire!!
Because I was in the left lane I turned off of a side street of Lake Mead onto Perlite - perched right between OK Tire and Phillips Furniture.
CAN WE SAY... IRONIC?!
Needless to say I could not get the lug nuts off until an angel in disguise named Antonio showed up and changed my tire to my donut tire.
At 8 am when OK tire opened I promptly showed up and Tony Hafen , helped me find a reasonable tire. I bought two.
But came back later due to some other issues and bought two more.
This is what I appreciated, Tony was honest with me , and didn't try to oversell me. He let me buy what I came into buy.
It is a small family run business- and those are few and far between. He may not always have the lowest price... But BEST SERVICE? you bet.
I will be back if I have another tire issue ... that is for sure.
