I don't feel they live up to their "world class care", but its not the worst hospital Ive been treated at. Ive worked for the clinic at a sister branch and have also been a patient. My doctors as an inpatient didn't know how to deal with an implantable pump I had and they sent me home while I was still sick. It took me going to UH in order to get everything straightened out. Now, I do know they have excellent cardiac care, but the attitudes just didn't sit right with me. The facilities are beautiful and clean, but the care could still be better in order to live up to their "world class care" standard. Im just being honest here. I honestly feel the UH or Metro are better care options, but it all depends on your illness and circumstances.
