Scheduled an appointment on a Thursday for a Saturday appointment because I had a very bad toothache. They accept my insurance. I get there on Saturday for the appointment and they tell me they can't see me because the dentist that's there that day isn't covered by my insurance and they refused to see me. No phone call or anything. If I had ample notice I could've found another dentist to go to so now I have to suffer with a bad toothache all weekend. I purposely scheduled an appointment with Western dental because they were open on Saturday. Do not go to Western dental. They didn't even care when I told them that I had a bad toothache.
