I have been trying to get a wheelchair from Numotion Phoenix since June 7th. I still do not have my wheelchair and I have wounds on my back from a poor backrest. The person working on my wheelchair takes days to a week to call me back. I have to keep calling multiple times to get answers from her. We had to put egg crate on there to try to fix the issue. It is not working. This is NOT how you treat people with disabilities. It should not take months upon months to get a wheelchair.
