I went here tonight with super high hopes. Unfortunately, my hopes were trashed. I'm one of those people that requires efficient and half friendly service. That is totally not what I got here. The young kids (I know, I'm probably too young to be calling anyone that) were irritated by the presence of pretty much every customer in the place. It also didn't help that the young girl at the register was fawning over one of the chefs, to the point that I witnessed inappropriate touching. A child walked up at one point, and politely asked for a glass for water, the counter chick gave her the death look for absolutely no reason. They were just rude, and bad service really turns me off. I ordered the chicken kabob plate which came with a salad, hummus, pita, rice and the actual kabobs. The kabobs were nothing spectacular and the meat quality turned me off. Everything was pretty mediocre, except the hummus which I thought was a bit better than average. Will I try this place again? Maybe- I'd likely give it one more chance (because locally owned places are hard to find in this area of town), in hopes that the service would be less ridiculous AND perhaps go the route of the gyro that many other reviewers have mentioned.
