I saw Dr. Litchfield for a medical condition that I have, he is supposed to be a specialist. He gave me good answers and when I requested a referral from him to get more consultation at UCLA medical he assured me that he could grant me my request. Weeks pass and i hear no response from anyone. I go into the office and get turned away "don't call us we'll call you". I finally write a letter and still nothing. Makes you wonder when they have my file in their office and they know I have not been treated for my condition. Don't they wonder what happened to me?
Hell, I've had my car worked on and get a coutesy call from the service manager, but no follow up of any kind from this "doctor"?
