This place gets 2 stars only because the price for my oil change was great. $14.99 with a coupon from Valuepak is a great deal for the service but I won't be going back. They have timing issues - they don't know how to manage appointments. I made an appointment for 4:00 PM to get my oil changed. They said they'd be done in 30 minutes. At 4:25 they hadn't even moved my car to a bay yet so I went and asked them about it. They said several cars were ahead of me still. I provided feedback about my frustration - that I'd made an appointment and had been told that the car would be done in 30 minutes. When I asked realistically how much longer they said another 1.5 hours. Are you freakin kidding me? I provided some additional feedback and they managed to get my car in immediately. It still took a full hour to get out the door. I love a good deal but my time is valuable and businesses disrespecting my time is a deal breaker for me. I won't be going back. If you do decide to go in because a good deal is to be had, I'd recommend having someone in a separate car go with you, drop your car off and leave it there.
