Customer service is horrible! Three employees standing there looking at me as I'm waiting for one of them to take my order. Another employee is engaged in a conversation with a customer instead of working.
The lady mopping the floor isn't doing anything but spreading a sticky mess across the floor.
An off duty employee comes in and orders the same exact thing I did 10 minutes after me. 2 minutes later she has her food while I'm still waiting. Customer after customer come in and order food after me, some orders even bigger and more complicated than mine who received their order well before me. 15 minutes later I received my small order of hash browns and croissant. Smh....
