Stayed here 2 weeks ago. Upon entering my room; I noticed a strong urine smell. It was coming from the bathroom and the room itself. I immediately call the front desk and tell them about it. They said they would take care of it. Two hours pass and no one came. I get ready for my appointment and walk down to the front desk to tell them about it again. I was told not to worry and said they would fix it. I come back to my room 3 hours later and nothing was done. Drove to the nearest 99 Cent store and purchased 2 air fresheners. It helped a little.
This is how the El Cortez treats Las Vegas locals. Terrible!
