This park is legit. Miles and miles of running trails, biking trails. Multiple dog parks and creeks. The trails feel like you're actually in the woods instead of your standard urban park development. I feel so lucky to have this in the city. EDIT: I should also add that I've never felt threatened here in the year I've spent wandering the park.
