Dec 23 I went to this location to purchase the Pokémon Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon. At that time, I wasn't aware what it was really called. I asked the cashier to give me the newest Pokémon 3DS game and he said it's the Ultra Sun. I paid for a brand new game and he asked someone else to get it for me. The man can't find the game in the drawer. He asked the Manager to look for it. The Manager gave me an open box. She said that it's open but it has never been used.
I didn't want to go to another location so I took her word. LIAR!!! They didn't have the Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon. She gave me last year's game. What a cheater.
Now my nephew opened his present on Christmas Day and was very disappointed. Thank you for ruining his Christmas!
