I got major help late on a Friday night. I had a leaking water line going to the back of my refrigerator and was desperate for help. No plumbers are certainly working at this time of night. The quick connect that came with my soft water line was a custom part that they did not have at Lowes or Home Depot. I got help from Mijual (I hope the spelling is correct, I just got a quick glance at his nametag as I was leaving). He stayed with me for nearly an hour working through scenarios on how we could get it to work, even waiting for me to have my wife text me pictures of the water line in question so we could see what other parts would be needed. We ended up having to string together 2 different parts to replace the one that failed. I was there until closing time getting what I needed. I did the repair when I got home and it worked perfectly, just like he suggested.
