My sister gave me a gift certificate to massage envy at 7175 West Lake Mead I called to make an appointment and I was given nothing but heartache over this gift certificate I finally had to have my sister call them to prove that she actually purchased services from their location to give me as a gift. Finally the manager told me to come in and I wouldn't have any problem. No one called me to confirm my appointment either
After receiving a facial and a massage, I was then told by the same manager that had cleared my appointment the night before that she needed to obtain the gift card from me that I had explained I did not have. I only had a gift certificate that my sister had printed out from their website. My sister had offered to fax them a copy of her credit card statement showing the charge for massage envy but they said it wasn't necessary. Guess what now they want her to fax a copy. Stay away from this franchise location they do not know what they are doing they don't even keep a record of who purchased services in advance as gifts. I told them that after I came there to relax I didn't expect them to raise my stress level. Not even one star
