One of those cute local bakery's that have all the goodies you'd ever want to satisfy your sweet tooth. I've been living in Cleveland for 5-6 years now, and my first taste of Cleveland was Corbo's Cassata cake (chilled strawberry and cream cake), and it was a moment to remember. The fresh strawberries and jam complimented the light cream and fluffy white cake perfectly. You really need to get each element of the cake on your fork when you eat for the magic to happen When I go to Corbo's, it always makes me happy, great memories, and friendly staff.
