Nowhere on their menu does it specify that you have the option to choose your preferred level of sweetness, a tip that I received from another Yelper. I took the advice and tried again. I chose 50% for both a Vietnamese iced coffee and the Thai iced tea... and was still disappointed at how sweet it was! I returned again to request no sweetener whatsoever, but was told that the teas I decided on were already pre-sweetened. Pretty disappointing. I'd go back for their ice cream, but their teas were a bust.
