I have a car loan with them. And I call to get advice on how my car loan dates can change. And the rep. Told me to make a payment everyday and the date would change. As a customer I took her advice and did that. My payments was made up for 5 months. I week ago I receive a letter from In Touch Credit Union. Telling me I have to make a Feb payment. I called in and because of what someone told me that work there and there SYSTEM allowing me to make those payments. I WAS FORCE TO MAKE A PAYMENT. Not please with the so called help from them.
Not a happy customer....
