I am from Vegas and my boyfriend was in Scottsdale for the weekend he picked up a new puppy for us. He wanted to get him Vet checked before bringing him home. He asked me to locate a Vet that was open on Sunday's. So, I went to Yelp and started looking. I found Horizon and read some reviews. I gave them a call and spoke with Claudia. She was amazing!! Very patient and listened to my story. I asked for the first appt on Sunday, but they were booked until 11:30? However promised to call if they could work them in sooner. Right away, she called back and was able to get them in at 9am! My boyfriend told me this morning that Claudia called him first thing and told him they were able to see them at 8! As soon as he walked in, they greeted them by name and swooned over the new puppy. My boyfriend felt very confident and comfortable with the staff. He told me they did a fantastic job evaluating the puppy and gave him a new puppy "starter" kit, as well as detailed instructions on further vaccination schedules. I really appreciated the time and consideration Claudia and the Horizon Staff gave my boyfriend and I along with our new addition, Schmidty!!
