71 prior negative reviews are spot on. Avoid Bell Trans at all costs. We waited 50 minutes in the Bus Lobby of our hotel and no freaking shuttle. Bad shocks on the buses - so going over speed bumps are extremely jarring. Next time we're cabbing it. What happened: We made an appointment for a 9:30 pick up. We show up at 9:30. We watched 6 different Bell Trans shuttles come and go while we waited 50 minutes after our appointed pick up time. Each of them said they couldn't take us, including one that was headed straight to the airport! We called Bell Trans 3 times while this happened, yet when I finally called that last time, fifty minutes after our appointed pick up time, the phone rep said our shuttle driver had come early and not waited for us - then there were no shuttles for that hour because no one had bothered to put us back on rotation for another pick up, not even AFTER I phoned them to ask where our shuttle was. No apologies from Bell, only lengthy explanations why they were not responsible... blah blah blah p.s. Photos they've provided and in this review are not accurate. Their buses are ALL white, from the 20 approximate that I've seen / no luxurious looking black ones as shown in the photo and no individual coach seats. It's bench seating.
