Was here earlier today and am disappointed and slightly pissed off to be honest. Saw good reviews for this place and thought I would stop by as it was close by to where I would be earlier that day. My cousin also had a good experience so I thought I would try! I got a mani-pedi and while the price was decent ($35), the service and job was not up to par. Firstly, the water was cold to begin with. My cousin started her pedicure immediately with someone. I waited a good ten minutes before someone finally started on me. Okay, whatever. Tom was rushed and impersonal. The massage was one of the worst I've gotten. The hot towel was cold by the time it got to me for both the manicure AND pedicure. The lotion was sparsely used and I was being yanked during the massages. Afterwards during dry time, no one came to make sure that our nails and toes were dry. Also, because I was rushed from the pedicure table to the manicure table, I almost forgot my scarf. Other places have someone work on your manicure while someone else works on your pedicure so you don't have to have the inconvenience of moving from one place to another. Had I not remembered last second before leaving, I would have forgotten my scarf there. Final straw: I got home and notice a pain as I walk. He SCRATCHED MY FOOT DURING EXFOLIATION. Seriously?!? Definitely not going back.
