Every single time I have to go to this store, I regret it. The ladies there are totally unfriendly and almost snobs unless you are in the high end department. Then they all suddenly turn on a Cheshire cat smile. The most annoying part of this experience is that no one seems to have knowledge of any product. Asking for a shimmery eyeshadow is like asking the square root of pi. Service is slow and terrible. Ulta drives business for Amazon!!!! Hahaha. lovely business model.
