Not the biggest fan of this place. I was afraid after I read the reviews since my s/o had given them his phone before I checked yelp! It's very unorganized and the man told us he'd have it done in two days MAX. All we needed was the screen replaced on the phone and it took them 2 weeks. We called multiple times asking when the phone will be done and they would say later in the day and they'll call when it's ready... no calls. So we kept calling and eventually they told us the part isn't there yet. Why not just say that in the first place? Phone came out fine but it took forever! And the customer service is awful. Every time we called they were annoyed. Also, the place is a pigsty when you look behind the counter.
