Wow today's store experience left a very sour taste in my mouth. This is not the first time, whenever you call into the store you have to wait 20 minutes to get anyone on the phone. Today I went to buy an ipad air with the sunday promotion of 100 dollars off. I was told my an employee that corporate had notified the store that it was too cheap and that apple was upset with the price which is why they would no longer honor the promotion in the printed ad. I did not think much of this and went home and while reading forums on deals, tons of people at other locations around the country were buying it with the corporate price. I was then told on one forum that the corporate office is not even open on Sunday. I tried to call back and speak with the manager, after waiting 20 minutes and being placed on endless hold my phone call was disconnected. The one star is not because of this, but every single time I try to go buy something I run into some sort of roadblock at this store whether it is we don't carry that item, the endless wait time on the phone, and the less than helpful employees. Good riddance I am done shopping here.
