I found this place on groupon and came for a oil change. They said I needed new break pads and roaders so I went ahead and got it. They also mentioned I needed new control arms which estimated $344 dollars alone. Mind you my car is A 2013 car. A friend of mine mentioned it takes around 10 years to have control arms replaced. To Arizona and when I break it's very bouncy. So I call and asked about it and he says bring your receipt will take a look. So I come back and he seen the estimate of control arms on receipt and they said we don't think it's the breaks or roaders it's the control arms. I will never come back here again. For some reason it don't feel honest with these guys. I don't recommend it!
Second review!
So same day after I got upset about this situation, they agreed to replace my brakes and Roaders. He comes back and tells me my speed monitor is broken so he takes me out side and shows me the light is on which wasn't on before I came to shop. He's like do you want is to fix it and they wanted to charge me. I was pissed and told them they broke it and they needed to fix it. He then says well we barely touch it and it broke. Wow!!! So they fixed it. Well as I got my keys from him he says since I fixed everything can you take that review down. I said you guys are the one who broke it in the first place. He then keeps asking me to take this review down, I walked out.
People these are seem so shady and after reading some of the other reviews, I'm not the only one who's dealt with the same issues. Don't step foot in this place!!
