First I walked in with my toddler daughter and I wore her hello kitty back pack that I use as a diaper bag. The so called security asked me to leave my bag at the front, I told him it is my diaper bag. He told me no its a back pack, so I told the girl who had no authority as I could tell and she said it was fine. Mind you it was a hello kitty bag and I was carrying a toddler. so I assumed it was a cheaper ross store. my daughter is potty trained so she had to go. I went and asked the girl at the dressing room to use the bathroom, but was rudely told they don't have public restrooms. I pleaded with her my toddler wont make it to another store but got just a ghetto stance and rude face. I would have smacked that look off her face if it was not for my daughter. I don't understand how a retail store that big doesn't have a public restroom. I had a cart full of at least 100 $ worth and a toddler crying to use a restroom. when I asked wheres the nearest one she told me to go across to mcdonalds. so I did exactly that and never went back.
