Been to their Oakdale Rd location twice to purchase water filter cartridge replacements for their Nimbus Sierra filtration system. This system is exclusive to them, so I'm forced to buy from Nimbus.
Walked in and asked the reception desk for assistance, both times the receptionist assisted us with the water tests and filter recommendations. The techniciens seems to be reserved for home visits where a $95 dollar fee is paid for the visit and their time.
Overall, they were very friendly and helpful, they definitely come across as a sales oriented company which made me apprehensive. Although, they did their best to answer any questions I had regarding my water needs, I felt they were being honest in their answers.
I purchased 2 of the 3 filters as per their recommendations, glad they tested the water and only recommended what I needed.
