I usually have a great experience with this office and I really like Dr Michaels. Recently I needed to get a thorough check up that required blood tests and ultrasounds so I agreed to see Dr. Gondi and it has and continues to be a horrible experience. My first two appointments have both been rescheduled. The first one, I was notified two days before and rescheduled for over a week later and the second I was called 2 hours before my appointment time! I was so angry. All I needed was an ultrasound performed not even an exam! This is so frustrating because myself and my boyfriend both had taken time off of work for each day! I understand that things come up, but you're going to tell me you only have one employee who is capable of performing an ultrasound !?! And can't get me in till again over a week from now?
