I got a good price on Priceline for this place and there is a good reason for that. The place is a dump. I'm not sure Wyndham would be associated with this property if anyone from the company had to stay here. The first "suite" I was sent to had a desk with no lamp or chair, a TV hutch with no TV, and no couch/sofabed. The kitchenette was supplied with coffee, but nothing else, not even a coffee maker. I asked for another room and was given one that had a TV, chair and sofabed. However, the room had a bad chemical smell, and still, no coffee maker for the coffee that was there. The couch was missing one leg, which they supplied with a warning to be careful when using the couch. If you wanted anything for the kitchen, you had to ask for it. I also had to ask for bedding for the sofabed. We had a hair dryer that sparked and clattered, then finally stopped working altogether. The manager was surly at best. I would have gone to another hotel, but it's spring training season in Phoenix and rooms are hard to come by. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay somewhere else.
