I have been here a few times and every time I come it takes over 30 mins to do something simple like see a teller. There main focus is to move everyone to the machines but honestly when dealing with money it is hard for everyone to use a machine. People like to talk to an actual person. This is by far the worst bank experience ever and I honestly think I will be changing banks since every time I come here it takes me over 30 mins to get anything done. I highly recommend you to bank with someone else.
