Dr. Prado, his assistant and Tess the Optician were great. The exam was extensive and I was confident about the results. The staff taking insurance information were below average. Not especially friendly and did not offer any greeting or explanation as to what my insurance paid. The eyeglass selection is very good and very expensive but I got the right prescription and that is crucial for me.
