Will never use this service again! I am about calling my credit card to deny this payment. I bought 2 tickets for The Lion King Broadway Show (230 USD) but never got the official tickets. I only got an order confirmation which states you can even go to the box office with your ID to claim for your tickets but, to my surprise, the ticket office did not even know about Showtickets! I called so many times with no success, and now, that I am trying to get a refund, they deny to do so because "the ticket office denies the refund request". I paid to Showtickets, not to broadway.
