I love the staff at this place - hence giving them 2 stars! They are super friendly and the black lady (forgot her name) but she is the BEST!!...What I'm docking them on is the mobile order...I've done mobile order 3 times now from this location and my coffee is never ready when I get there! In fact, I go up and ask and they haven't even checked their mobile order machine to see it!! They don't apologize for not checking - they just print it out and tell me it will be a few minutes...Well in that case, what was the point of doing mobile order?!...Other locations have gotten right and they have a person watching for mobile orders.
