Stay away from this property! There is a lot for rent out there...look somewhere else. They get you in, then gouge the tenant with every expense they can. (My water/garbage extras have increased 198% in two years). They keep uping the costs to the tenant, even though the city has not raised its costs. They added CAMS and uptick the fees. This in addition to a 14% rent increase. The gardeners are lazy...won't pick up garbage. No one answers the phone..ever..in the office and the office is often closed. They are understaffed on maintenance and ...yada yada. Look somewhere else.
