Waited in line for over 20 minutes, behind about 10 cars, only to reach the window and be told they had changed their closing hours, they're now closed, and unable to serve me or the 10 other customers in front of and behind me. They need to find a way to inform long-waiting customers that they won't be served, so the customers don't waste their time waiting. Pathetic customer service, even for Taco Bell. Sad!
