Called them around 4pm yesterday and asked for an appointment that afternoon or the next day. I needed an oil change, brake pads and the annual uber inspection. I was told that I would be first in line for the morning and they set the appointment for 6am. This sounded weird since it says they don't open till 7 but I thought maybe the manager was coming in early or something. I drop the vehicle off at 6:41 and was told they would call before doing the brakes. Waiting, waiting, waiting. 3:30pm the next day I call to see how things were going. The girl that answered the phone wasn't sure but said my car was on the lift and just wait for a phone call and check my voicemails. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Still no call, they close at 7, so I show up at 6:45 and my car is in a bay with nobody working on it. Five minutes later, they call and say your car is all finished. I say great, I'm here. The cashier rings me up for the oil change and inspection. I ask about the brakes, yea, we strongly recommend new brakes. Well, that's what I said yesterday but thank you for the 24 hour oil change!
