Horrible! This is why i always go to Starbucks. Every time i come to Coffee Bean horrible service. Rude staff. And today they had a special "try any iced blended drink for $2"... I go try it out, one more time, and the staff tells me only in kids' cup AND only in vanilla and chocolate. Wtf? It says ANY!!! Right off your website! Aaargh! THIS is why Starbucks is WAY better than you Coffee Bean! 3 words. Customer freakin service!
