4.5 stars. I'm skeptical about hotel & casino restaurants, but Cleo is one of the best ones I've ever been to. About 50 of us were seated in the back after the first day of our meeting. There was a prie fixe, family-style menu (with printed copies) and everything the organizer selected was delicious. All the dishes were brought out in a random order, separated on smaller plates and scattered across the table. It was a smorgasbord from heaven. The wait staff also made sure to take good care of guests with dietary restrictions. These were my favorites: * Hummus with Tahini + Laffa Bread * Cauliflower with Vadouvan, Cashews * Brussel Sprouts with Capers, Almonds, Vinaigrette, * Grilled Hangar Steak with Grilled Peewee Potatoes, Spoon Salad Service was quick and attentive. The only thing is Cleo seems to value a high table turnover time. After all, business was popping! Plates were cleared when they still had food or when people were still eating. Sometimes they asked if we were done. But overall this was a top-notch dining experience, and I would love to come back here again if I ever attended another event at SLS Station!
