I've been going to this buffet since 2009, and for the 1st time, I'm disappointed.
I should have known there was going to be a difference when I received a 2 for 1 coupon in the mail and when there was NO LINE when I arrived for dinner.
Service was fair. It wasn't that busy but it took 5-7 minutes to get beverages after gathering our food. Our server was OK. Plates were cleared, glasses filled.
The biggest change was the quality of the food has gone down. Many tasteless items (prime rib, Mac and Cheese). Some of the food was old and needed to be replaced.
I used to recommend this place to all; not anymore.
