This location is not even worth going to.
HERTZ I wish I could add pictures to this review.
We had a reservation for a full size car, Kia Optima.
This is no joke I even have pictures of it. You definitely need to read this whole review before renting from Hertz or maybe even buying a Kia from the dealership next door.
The the hood, back bumper, roof all had bad damage. In some places the the sheet metal was totally cracked, the roof looked like somebody had jumped on it.
I would like to know how they expect somebody to sign off on something this bad and then take their collision damage waiver (CDW) no way. How dare they even put this on the lot for rent.
And they had some excuse that it just came from the service center next door Jim Marsh Kia. How could Jim Marsh Kia return this piece of junk for a rental. It is a huge safety hazard and risk that they are both taking Jim Marsh and Hertz.
We already knew we didn't want the car, but I wanted to see what the inside look like! I attempted to open the driver's door and the door handle almost fell right off, it was totally loose.
Think the story ends here NO read on.
So they came with a second car, a Hyundai Sonata this car had holes in the back bumper broken tail light dents all over scratches all over.
I mean let's forget it!!!!
They vacuum the inside but didn't vacuum the trunk at all it was full of dog hairs and then they want you to put your luggage in there no way!!!
Oh oh let's not forget to add this.
The backseat it look like somebody took a a dump or threw up on the back seat. And yes I have pictures of that also.
We told them that we were leaving and to remove everything off of their list and we went to Enterprise not the Enterprise at Jim Marsh because that Enterprise was charging $100 more for the same car at a different Enterprise.
Don't even bother calling them or renting anything from Hertz. I am curious if they're going to respond to this review. Let's see and wait.
