So I have to say having eaten at every good steak restaurant in Charlotte, this is my least favorite.
Let me start by saying I came during restaurant week, but to me that's the time when a restaurant shines impress me when you are slammed and I will definitely come back.
That said I am not impressed, first of all my ceaser salad had chewy croutons, not exactly sure how you go wrong with a crouton.
Secondly my steak was very mediocre, and honestly I could have had similar at Texas road house etc, honestly if i was paying full price I would probably be a lot more annoyed.
Sorry Sullivans but you could learn a lot from your sister restaurant Del Frisco, which not only remains my favorite but also is one of the best places for restaurant week.
