I will start by saying the front desk guys were very helpful and friendly. The studio was nice, and the Kaiser bikes are top of the line. Unfortunately, the cycle class was awful. The instructor did not have a mic, and the music was so low it appeared to be background music. The instructors seemed irritated at having to be there. She barely spoke, and when she did it was in the most monotone voice. Absolutely no energy for teaching and not motivating at all. The clients were bored and the performance reflected that. The class was not fun or inspiring at all. The instructors was more concerned with her own workout and not the class. I felt as if my being there was interrupting her personal workout. Defiantly not a fan.
