Use this place for my work vehicle, so not expecting perfection. Used them probably over 20+ times thru the years between all the different works vehicles I've had. -Too busy. It really feels like they don't want my business, not sure why, we spend a crap ton of money with them. -Everything's a big deal. "Can't get to your car for 3 days",....then it's done the same day. -Or, "I'll have it done in a few hours." Wasn't ready till the following afternoon. Not because they had to order parts, they just never got to it. Appointments do nothing here. -Brought my van in with 2 completely flat tires. He told me to go to Discount Tire....really? You are a tire shop...right? -They put a plug in my tire once, it came out a few thousand miles later. When I brought that tire back to them, he said the patch was done so badly, there is no way they did that repair. They've denied doing previous work several times. So basically, these guys suck. I'm a car guy, I don't trust them anymore. There's better shops close by, like really close by. (I've been to other Fletcher's by the way, and their service is just fine, it's specifically this location)
