I would give 0 stars if possible. My beef is not with the people who work the counter. It is with the people who deliver mail from this location and the managers or supervisors who ignore the complaints. They have left a whole panels of mailboxes open several times. They stuff items in boxes and then it becomes a wrestling match to get them out. Today it took me and a neighbor to get a box out of a parcel locker. They either need more help or better training. At least this time they were on time and got it to the right address. This is not always the case.
