First thing why do people go here? There's hundreds of med spas in Las Vegas/Henderson and you choose this hell hole? Why?! For real, Why?? I went in with a friend so I could see her procedure and jump that fence to getting some Botox but oh $&@) NO! As soon as you walk in the door you just feel tension! It feels as if you just walked in to jury trying to decide on the fate of a poor soul! The receptionist Tammy is just ridiculous and needs to stop waking up on the wrong side of the bed! Doctor Capobianco is just not a nice guy. Before he walked in the door I over heard him speaking to the nurses and he was absolutely horrible! Like who the heck are you! Your a doctor not God! Stop acting all high and mighty! You should treat your staff with more respect and not like crap! You don't deserve those kind women working for you! Your probably a greedy old man living alone or probably a ruder wife! Please stop practicing medicine so everyone can be happier!!
