Negative 20 stars I called on 01/05/2016 to request that someone assist with opening my front door as my fiancé accidently locked himself out, when going to walk the dogs. I called to inquire about assistance and the female who answered the phone was rude and totally unprofessional. After asking the reason for her rudeness, she disconnected the call. When I called back to ask for a manager, she replied, "You're not going to speak to a manager, because, you know what, I am a manager." She then said, "let me tell you something, " at which point I disconnected the call. What a horrible company. Don't use them no matter what.
