Regular Customer's get ignored. They are supposed to operate on a first come, first serve basis but that does not always work out that way. You walk in the door, give them your phone number which is in their computer system and you enter the que. Problem was, I followed procedures, four other came in behind me and each was served before me. I brought it to their attention and they said, you're next in line. Only problem is that they continued to service people who came in later. Apparently they were a party and were friends to the person doing the prioritization of cuts. Was not a matter of appointments because there were none. In disgust, I left
