My wife and I checked this place out on Valentine's Day. Real romantic, I know.
I'm a Salt Lake City native, and while our BBQ scene is young, it's really grown fast, but having spent ~3 years in Quebec, I've tried just about every poutine around.
That said, the burnt ends poutine was just amazing. I tried the pulled pork, it was great. The sauces are vinegar-based, which is different for me, but I think that's more of a "Memphis-style" thing? I'm used to a tomato-based sauce. Still, they were amazing.
We will definitely be back. A lot.
