I found this company on Yelp, thinking that they were one of the best in the business. I was sorely mistaken. I emailed this company last Monday requesting a quote. I received no communication until I called them the next day. Red Flag 1- Regardless of your issue, there is a $85 fee for someone diagnosing your pool Red Flag 2- This company outsources their work to other pool companies Red Flag 3- I requested an invoice for my pump and filter installation on Thursday and didn't receive it until 4 days later, the day of my supposed installation (Monday) Red Flag 4- I received no appointment window or time for my installation. I took the day off of work to be at home for the installation Red Flag 5- I continuously called and emailed inquiring about when someone would install my equipment (on Monday), I was reassured that he would be there that day Red Flag 6- Lack of communication between outsourced pool company and Pool Daddy leads to NO installation on Monday. Receptionist did not communicate with outsourced pool company in time for installation/scheduling Red Flag 7- Pool Daddy pushes my installation to the right on Wednesday (today), does not provide a time range. At this point I was fed up and cancelled my appointment on Monday and found a cheaper and more reliable company Red Flag 8- Outsourced pool company shows up at my door at 5:20pm. Commence awkward conversation about cancelled installation and lack of communication between Pool Daddy and third party. For your situational awareness, find a different company. It seems like they have too much going on and can't give you the proper information you need. It literally felt like I was doing their job. I shouldn't have to hunt someone down to have them provide me an appointment window or the necessary paperwork. This company lacks professionalism and punctuality. That is no way to conduct a business and nobody has time for that.
